Abstract
Loose bodies are commonly found in the knees and can occur in other joints including the shoulders, elbows, and ankles; however, they very rarely occur in the wrist joints. They usually present with symptoms of pain and intermittent mechanical locking and are surgically treatable. Herein, we report a case of a 58-year-old male patient with a symptomatic loose body in the pisotriquetral joint that mimicked ulnar impaction syndrome and was treated surgically, which resolved the symptoms.
